Throughout the years, I've gained invaluable experience in every aspect of the real estate process. Starting my career in a brand-new community in Ballantyne, I was involved in everything from construction to interior design. Over time, I've specialized in new home construction, leveraging my knowledge from working with Shea Homes to benefit my clients.
My approach to helping clients is highly collaborative. I prioritize extensive meetings and calls to understand my clients' needs and use their feedback to guide my next steps. My goal is to make the process of buying or selling as seamless as possible, ensuring that each decision is well-informed. I work mostly on referrals and take the time to get to know my clients, making certain our goals are aligned. Many of my clients have become close friends, a testament to the relationships I build throughout the process.
I particularly enjoy helping families transition, whether they are first-time homebuyers, relocating to Charlotte, or dealing with senior transitions or divorce situations. My Senior Real Estate Specialist training equips me with the resources to manage these transitions smoothly, allowing families to focus on supporting each other and embracing their new chapter.
For my investor and buyer clients, I find undervalued homes in desirable neighborhoods through meticulous research and analysis. On the listing side, I maximize sellers' profits by looking at properties from a buyer’s perspective and advising on strategic upgrades. With extensive knowledge of school districts and magnet options, I ensure my clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions when moving to a new neighborhood.
Primarily serving South Charlotte, the Providence Road corridor, and surrounding areas including Union County, Matthews, and Weddington, I bring a deep understanding of these communities and know what makes them such desirable places to live. Having lived and sold homes in large master-planned communities in South Charlotte, Southwest Charlotte, and Ballantyne, I know the characteristics, amenities, and charm that make these areas truly special.
Born in the Northeast and having relocated to Charlotte with my parents in 1989, I graduated from UNCC and have lived in South Charlotte ever since. Currently, I reside in a charming neighborhood off the Carmel Road corridor. I love my community for its mix of mid-century and traditional homes, abundant greenery, and the quintessential Southern charm. The tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors walking their dogs, and the eclectic feel make it a delightful place to live and a solid investment for the future.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about yoga, reading, cooking, traveling, and exploring Charlotte’s unique neighborhoods and culture, including theatre, concerts, and Uptown events. Recent travels include trips to Israel, Spain, and hiking in the North Carolina mountains. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, who is a budding entrepreneur herself. Together, we love visiting farmer’s markets, working on DIY home remodeling projects, and relaxing on our screened porch while catching up on our day. During the pandemic, we bought and renovated a house in Sea Pines-Hilton Head, now an Airbnb property that I self-manage. I also assist my Charlotte clients in finding their dream beach homes on the island.
